As fares and fees rise, passengers want service

- As a longtime Alaska Airline Customer I have made the switch to Southwest. Charging for a second bag was the last straw. If Southwest can fly and make a profit why can't all the other airlines? Now if Southwest would just fly to Europe I could dump Continental and American too!
